Delete your Knotz account & data
Sign in with the account you use in the Knotz app to permanently delete it from our servers.
This cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently erase all your cloud records and any remaining AI credits. There is no recovery, and forfeited credits are not refunded or restored.
- Deleted: your sign-in account and all of your records stored in Knotz cloud services — document metadata, preferences, tags, categories, AI usage and feedback records, and any files in Knotz cloud storage.
- Retained: only an anonymized audit record (no documents or content) — see our Privacy Policy.
- Not deleted by us: backups in your own Google Drive and files on your device. Knotz stores Drive backups in a hidden, app-private area, so you won’t see them in your Drive file list. To remove them, open Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps, find Knotz, choose Options → Delete hidden app data, and then uninstall the app.
